Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
- You will receive an Order Confirmation Email once your order is successfully placed.
- You will receive a Shipping Notification Email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
Shipping and Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Orders ship 6-8 business days after being placed.
Estimated Transit Times
Once your order has shipped, here are the expected delivery windows.
- USA and Canada: 6-8 business days
- Australia, NZ & Oceania: 7–12 business days
- Europe & UK: 7–12 business days
- Latin America: 12–26 business days
- Other countries: 15–30 business days
NOTE: Actual delivery time is still subject to the official website/notice of the local courier as it may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors.
International Shipping & Customs
- Worldwide Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide with the exception of a few areas with certain delivery limitations. If you’d like to verify if we can ship to your address, please email us at support@trynutrawell.com (or message us on our social media pages).
- Customs Charges: International orders may incur additional tax or customs charges upon arrival at your location. It is your responsibility to pay any additional tax or customs charges. We advise checking with your local authorities to see if any import charges may apply before placing an order.
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number via email when your items are shipped out.
- Tracking Updates: Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update once you receive the notification.
- If you haven't received a tracking number or if the link doesn't work, contact our customer support channels, and we'll gladly assist you. You can email us at support@trynutrawell.com for more information.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- NutraWell is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct when placing your order.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return it unopened under our 90-day Returns Policy for a full refund.
- If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility and send you a replacement at no additional charge.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Delayed Orders
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@trynutrawell.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Confirmed Delivery: If your package’s tracking number indicates that your order was delivered but you are unable to locate your parcel, please:
1. Check around your property, lobby, or mailroom, and reach out to neighbors.
2. Wait 1–2 business days to see if the package is redelivered by the carrier.
3. If still not found, notify your local post office directly to file a claim, providing your tracking information.
4. After filing the claim, email us at support@trynutrawell.com with the reply of your local courier so that we can assist you further.
- NutraWell is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered.
- Lost in Transit: We will consider an item lost in transit if the tracking information has no updates for 25 days. Please contact us at support@trynutrawell.com so we can process a replacement.
