Returns and Refunds Policy - NutraWell

At NutraWell, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a clear policy for returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations.
Eligibility and Satisfaction Guarantee
1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item:
- Please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@nutrawell.com.
- You must include photos or videos showing the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
- Once confirmed, we will arrange, at no cost to you, a free replacement shipment or a full refund to your original payment method.
- You do not need to return the defective or damaged item.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee for Unopened Items
If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for products that remain sealed and unopened.
- Return Window: You may request a return within 60 days of purchase
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include a valid proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).
- Multiple Units: If you ordered multiple units, unopened packs are eligible for a full refund.
3. Dissatisfaction with Used or Opened Items
Since our products are health and wellness consumables, opened, unsealed, or used items are generally not eligible for a refund or replacement unless the product arrived defective (as outlined above).
- Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items): Perishable goods (if unsealed), gift cards, health and personal care items that have been opened, hazardous/flammable items, and final sale or clearance items.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Request Approval: You must first request a return by emailing us at support@nutrawell.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Confirmation: We will email you confirmation, the return address, and detailed instructions.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error by NutraWell.
4. Tracking: Please share the tracking number with us once you have shipped the item so we can monitor its return.
Refunds
Processing Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
-If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days (or 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider) after we process the return for the funds to appear in your account.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.
Partial Refunds and Promotional Credits
If you accept a partial refund or "keep it" credit to resolve an order issue, that amount is considered an advance on any future refund. Should you choose to return the remaining items later, the final refund amount will be the original price minus the partial credit already received.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated period, please take the following steps before contacting us:
1. Check your bank statement again.
2. Contact your credit card company or payment service, as processing times vary.
3. If after 10 business days (or 15 business days if your return was delivered) you still have not received the refund, contact us for further assistance.
Exclusions (When Refunds are NOT Eligible)
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- Items returned after the stated return period.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence.
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Shipping fees paid by the customer when placing the order (if the customer is initiating the return).
- Subscription fees already processed (though future charges are stopped upon cancellation).
- Disputes or chargebacks filed before contacting our support team to resolve the issue directly.
International Orders and EU Cooling-Off Period
- International Returns: Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is undeliverable and returned to us due to refusal or incorrect address, original shipping costs will not be refunded, and a restocking fee may apply.
- European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be in the same condition you received it (unworn/unused/unsealed) and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Replacements and Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
- If the issue is reported within 60 days of delivery and verified with photos/videos, we will ship out a free replacement.
- Not Eligible for Replacement: Products damaged by customers or discarded products (we require photos/videos to validate claims).
Cancellation and Amendments
- If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us immediately after placing it at support@nutrawell.com.
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel or adjust it and issue a full refund if needed.
- If your order has already processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned unopened under our 60-day Returns Policy for a refund.
